Baby Nudibranch
How long do Lettuce Nudibranches live? I don't see the adults anymore, but I do see babies in my aquarium. It's probably not a big deal to seasoned reefers, but it makes me feel like I'm doing something right.

They are actually Sacoglossan Sea Slugs, not Nudibranches. They do not normally breed in captivity, but it's great if yours did. Many starve in our tanks as they usually will only eat a specific type of algae and if that type of algae is not present in your tank they have no food source. They have a fairly short life span usually 5-7 months and are prove to Sudden Impeller Death (SID), as they have a tendency to crawl up into your powerheads.
