Dead or stressed?
Added this soft tree coral frag about 2 weeks ago along with another tree a toadstool and lps frag - all others have been extending their polyps and the lps has even eaten some mysis, but this frag hasn't opened up since I got it home from LFS. I add phyto every 2-3 days and my lights are currently 3x40w t5' s and a blue led strip tmc aqua beam 600... My bf is convinced it's fine and this is how it looked in the LFS but I think it's dead can you help? Sorry about pic quality, took these on iPad but can take some with camera if these are no good.

Also 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 10 ppm nitrates, SG 1.026, temp 27*C, ph 8.3, Ca and Mg are off the chart because I only have 1 lps ATM
