20-gallon FOWLR tank

I have a pair of ocellaris clownfish in my tank along with 20 pounds live sand and 9 pounds pohnpei live rock. I am currently running 2 24" Marineland double bright led lights on it. With doing a FOWLR only tank, can I or am I able to add anemones, scallops, clams, etc?

anemones and clams require strong lights and good water quality. Marineland LED are not upto the job u intend in future. its good for fish only system. also if ur tank is under 1 yr old i wouldnt try anemone.
