How much flow in 29 gallon?

Hi I set up a standard 29 gallon tank and was wondering what kind of powerheads I should put in?

I have a 950gph, 2 500gph, and a 250gph in my possession. Which combo or just one would be the best? I'm just doing fish and live rock, no corals.

The two 500's should be fine.
