Well said, Ron, that's why I just move along. Some days there are too many & I just turn off the computer for the night like I did last night LOL. Took me 8 years on a horrible forum to be able to do that.

). Either way, I told him thanks for calling my tank a toilet & unsubscribed from the thread. Kinda sad because he wasn't offering advice or experience on the subject with his posts & it wasn't his thread. It is why I have great hesitation in helping people in local group forums on here though.

I have a great tank, and have gotten tons of compliments on it from people with awesome tanks. I figure if someone wants to live life as a jerk, they can. I'll just continue with my 2 great tanks & help people that need it, unless they don't want it. The philosophy has served me well since it helped me become the first ever Reefer of the Month, right?

I forgot to add, while I do report posts, I usually don't on the ones directed at me LOL. I guess that's bad, but on that horrible forum I used to be on (not fish related), if people that were rude/bashing me 1) usually they only ever got warnings that were never backed up with action, and 2) they came after me more whether I reported them, someone else reported them, or they got caught by the board owner. I've been off that site for 2 years & they're still over there bashing me

Basically I've been conditioned to not report when someone comes after me, that's gonna take a while to get around...hopefully not 8 years!

last time I checked, I see ROTM on your name. Even if you didn't have that under your username, you have a beautiful tank and know what you are doing. You have helped me (not directly) but others ID similar creatures in my system. Don't let em bring you down!

Ron That was very well said I usually just take a pass on sarcastic or rude comments. Yesterday it is was just Murphys law. The first few posts I checked out was just "off". Like I said in the first post I just needed to vent a little.

I also fumbled around a few years ago when I started and this forum helped me alot. I just try to give back what little I can.
