I come home from work today to these little fellers on my glass. Can someone please tell me what and how to get rid of them. Thanks

It's difficult to see what they are exactly, but I imagine they're copepods or amphipods, both of which are great to have. You don't want to get rid of them. Most of us seed our refugiums with them and hope they reproduce. You're lucky to have them.
