Drain/sump flow help

Tyring to get all the plumbing sorted out for the new tank. My new 210g has 1 corner overflow with a 1 1/4" drain. I will be using an ATB 1500 as a return with a ball valve (if needed).

The drain will first go into a 30g tall tank (refugium) and then will be gravity fed into the main sump with the skimmer, via 2 bulkheads and pvc piping (there will be 2 holes drilled towards the top of the tank). Unfortunately my LFS has only 1" bulkheads. Will the 2 1" bulkheads be enough to keep up with the flow from my 1 1/4" drain?
