Powerhead Help

Hey guys, again. xD

I just have a quick question on my mind. I currently have the Maxi-Jet 600 Powerhead. I can switch from either a 160 GPH circulation pump, or a 750 GPH laminar powerhead that I can point at my live rock or something. I currently have a 20 gallon FOWLR tank. Please let me know which option I should set it to. Please note that I can change it at any time.

I would get another on and run one at 750 and the other at 160. One on one side one on the other. One upper middle one lower middle. one in the back facing left one in the front facing right. creat a circular motion.
