LED build

Hi,
I am in process of building an arduino controlled (jarduino) LED fixture for my tank. What size heatsink would I need for a 24*15*18 (inches) tank? I am thiking of using 20 3W osram LEDs, 1:1 blue:white ratio, is that going to be enough or should i add more? Also, what lenses should I use? 45 degrees or 60?
Thanks!
