Advice about adding a big tank into the actual setup?

I want to add a 120 gal tank to my actual setup. My main tank is a 90 gal reef, with around 110-120lbs of LR, and I have a 80 gal sump filled with around 30 gal of water. I have a 25 gal frag tank mounted to this sump too.

So I plan to introduce the new 120G tank to this setup, using the same sump. I will just add another pump to the sump and the overflow return of the 120g to the sump. But for the starting process, there will be A LOT of new water into the system!! It's almost the same amount of water into the new tank than into the actual setup.

My first plan is to fill the tank with RODI water, mix the salt to the perfect salinity, wait 24 hrs, then start the new pump of the sump slowly with a little flow, so the new water will mix slowly with the actual one, within a period of 1 day approx. Also I will put the LR that I have in my sump into the new 120g tank, to help the bacteria colonisation...

Any inputs or advices? Any danger for the actual reef? I'm uspecting a stress on the corals, caused by the amount of new water.
The context: The new tank will be a frag growing tank. My actual livestock are mixed corals (soft, lps and some sps), a hippo tang, 2 maroons clowns, a dragonet and a cleaner shrimp. I plan to change the skimmer for a bigger one later. My sump is designed for a bigger flow than the flow going into it right now, so i'm not afraid for the sump capacity.

Thanks in advance for your advices!
