Can't seem to get LED lighting right

Hey everyone, I have a biocube 29 that is doing great! I only have two corals tho one GSP and one a really nicely colored sebae anemone. But the anemone is up by the top of the tank an seems to hide in the shade provided by the rock. So I didn't know if it was something with my tank or what then I saw they can get too much light so I figured that is what the problem was. I have the rapidled kit with the DD-02 dimmer and I have my cool whites at 5% and my royal blues at 40-60% ( didn't count when I lowered the blues) but my anemone is starting to climb onto the upper rocking still retreats sometimes. If anyone has experience with the rapidkit dimmable what do you run your lights at? I was going with 30% whites and 100% blues.
Thanks!

Don't run the leds at 100%, ever. Try 30% whites 70% blues.
