Doc's Eco Matter? Anyone use it?

This stuff seems a bit intriguing based on what they claim it to be. I moved my tank and had some severe chemistry spikes. So I'm sure I had some copepod and micro die off.

What do you all think of this stuff?

IMO, link says nothing meaningful. Clicked on link's website and got % download countdown, which makes me a'scared, Billy, and caused me to bail. FWIW, moderino.
