the bane of my existance...cookie.

i was young new to saltwater about 16 and i had finally started my first tank 55 gallon with a sgt maj damsel and a tomato clown. my father told me he wouldnt help me. i had to figure it out on my own so i decided to go get a chocolate chip star from petco that i named cookie...... well time goes by and i grew attached to cookie i liked watching him chow down silversides and id hold them on the glass so i could watch him eat. well time went by and i decided to go get a purple tipped hatin..... aneno....anenomena.... an anenoenamie (anemone). well i introduce him to the tank and loe and behold cookie charges after him (slowly.....very slowly) so i seperate them cut some milk crate and make a spacer. all was good till about three days later cookie climbed out of my tank back in on the other side and pressed my anemone against the glass and started eating him (i got to wake up to this). i was furious! it was like he was mocking me! so i pulled him out took him to the pet store and gave him to the guy for a new anemone.

idk why but i felt a need to share that story (**** cookie)

My chocolate chip is quite adventurous. Lol. I know your pain. Although he hasn't come near my condylactis or my carpet anemone. Oddly enough my son named him cookie

lol. i swear he did it just to rub it in my face. before that he had never adventured outside my tank. just to spite me. i never thought a starfish could hurt my pride and break my heart.

And directly after sending this. I look in my tank to find cookie eating away at my toadstool. Little a hole.
