So this little white things are growing in my rock that I have in my fuge. Any idea what they are? good or bad?

Scypha sponges, aka "pineapple" sponges. (harmless)

+1 harmless filter feeders, I have tons.

Thank you. I read somewhere else that they might be Nerite snail eggs but from the pictures on that link they look like Scypha Sponges

I have plenty all over my tank, they are pretty neat! My butterfly keeps trying to eat them.
