Kalk Paste, squeeze a big blob on each one.

Hot vinegar or lemon juice, inject it directly into the body of the aptasia.

How much deeper would the ocean be if it didn't have sponges?

I have always used Red Sea Aiptasia-X. Can purchase at most LFS for around $10-$15 bucks. Will last you forever. Does great job on eradicating them.

Remove the rock and cut the aiptasia out of the rock with a diamond bit on a dremel. Not that cheap if you dont have a dremel but its guarenteed to work every time.

Remove the rock (aiptaisia will retract) and torch the spot with a lighter. Cheap and very effective.
