Use some saltwater from current tank in new tank?
I currently have a 65G reef tank setup. I am going to be setting up a 93G cube. My question is, should i use some water from existing tank in the new tank? like when i do a water change out, put the old 10 gallons in new tank? Is there any like beneficial bacteria or anything like that. I have a couple of pieces of live rock I am going to put in the new tank from existing tank

Using some water from your old tank won't hurt anything, but the water doesn't contain the nitrifying bacteria that pushes your cycle forward. Adding some seasoned live rock will suffice and to speed things up even more, you can put in a raw shrimp. As it decays it will produce the ammonia you need to get started.

For a baron tank I don't think the water would do you much benefit. In fact you might be better off with water that is nitrate free & 100% full of traces elements.
I only save water for the benefit of the non-bacterial lifeforms.
