new lights
I just switched my lights from t5 to led... was wondering if it's safe to have hard coral now?? The lights are fluval 25000k

Maybe you could offer up a link to the light so we don't have to go looking for info? And how deep is your tank?
I had to look around some to find any real info. 698 leds at 46W... really? I'm guessing at 24" deep the PAR will be... too close to nothing. And it has NO DIMMING. I wouldn't consider for a second an led fixture that doesn't have dimmers as the absolute minimum. For the same money there are half a dozen brands who you could have bought and had a great light. You should have asked before you bought. IMHO, send it back and get a refund! Good luck.

So what lights would you suggest?? My tank is 6 feet long by 22 inches tall. .. my soft coral are doing great with this light. .. it has a day light and a blue light for night. .I have two on my tank.
