Why does my cheato grow so thin?

My cheato grows quickly but very thin like the thickness of a uncooked spaghetti noodle. Shouldn't it be as thick as a cooked spaghetti noodle?

Mine is much thinner than spaghetti or even spaghettini.

There are different strains. Some of mine are thicker, some are thinner, some are darker, lighter, etc.

Do you have proper lighting ?

Yes I've had 2700k to 6500k same results. Currently have two cfl 120 Watts one is 3500k the other 5000k
