Vertex Vessel & BRS Doser Pumps

Any ideas why the doser pumps won't pull any liquid from the Vertex vessel?
Same behavior on 2 used and 1 new BRS 1.1mL doser pumps.
See attached configuration.

That is exactly the set up I have. Are the pumps turning? If so it will take up to 30 minutes( depending how long your tubing is) to fill the tubing and start delivering the fluid.

Also make sure the tubing is on the vessel all the way. Mine didn't work until I press it all the way

Thanks guys. I gave it well over 30 minutes and the tubing is relatively short.
Tubes on vessels are definitely all the way in - I triple checked.
Any other ideas?

Turns out the issue is faulty fittings at the top of the vessel (leaking air). Both BRS and the Distributor (Proline) acknowledged that there issues with a batch of 5 liter vessels (not sure if any 2.5's were involved). They did request the serial #'s to help them track the defective ones.
BRS offered to exchange them, but ground shipping to NY takes almost a week. BRS gave me Proline's # to see if they had a better/faster option. So I called Proline and they sent out 2 replacement tops today (the same day I spoke with them; 2-4 day shipping), and they said I could throw away the defective tops. Good customer service experience all around.
