Feeding

It looks like this article was written in 2003. Before I go changing my feeding regime I wanted to check in and see if something has changed since this article was written.

It basically says we should be feeding small amounts of low-nutrient food frequently.

It seems to still be the consensus. Fish in nature roam all day long. This can be mimicked by doing several small feedings throughout the day.

Feeding 2 or 3 times a day smaller amounts is good , as with the right food. I feed flake in the morning and frozen at night.
