Bubble algae

I am in the third week of cycling my new tank. I have just noticed two small patches of what I believe to be a form of bubble algae .it is only about 15mm across at the moment. My intention is to take the rock out scrape off this algae and dip the area effected in an hydrogen peroxide .does this sound like the right course of action . Is it bubble algae.
