Strange anemone behaviour. Please help!

Hello to everyone,
About a month ago i bought this anemone from my lfs

It seemed going realy well until last week when I saw her closed with a strange wound on her leg.
I took her of my dt and placed her in my sump. It seemed to do well the wound had healed and she opened again doing pretty well untill today when I saw her like this.

Is this some kind of infection? If anyone can help please, I realy like this anemone!
Thanks in advance!

It could be. They're very susceptible when they have injuries like that. I suggest moving to a QT and treating with Cipro, just in case.
