bits of clownfish tailfin missing

Ive had my clownfish for nearly a month and ive noticed a few days ago that bis of its tail fin is missing which looked like something nipped it and now its worse. I also noticed dark patches on the skin. All parameters are good and i only have a hermit crab and a few baby snails in the tank with it. What could it be? Also yesterday he was acting weirdly swimming upwards on the same spot and wasnt eating but after i did a water change he was acting normal again.

I suspect there might be a parasite on the loose.
