Green aiptasia?Need ID

Need an ID for these unknown creature in my tank. Needs advice to leave them alone or get rid of them. Thanks

Hydroids. Some people are awful scared of them. I have a few spots on my tanks and they seem to be slow growers so I haven't paid them too much attention. Folks take tweezers at them. Some cover them with 'kalk paste', etc. Look them up in forums.
