Algae on new live rock?

Not sure what this is on the new live rock I just put in my tank. It's brownish and hairy.

Look more like a bacteria bloom. There's not much to do. They tend to come and go in my experience. Apart from the looks it should pose no risk.

Had this in my tank in the beginning.

I added a clean up crew and they took care of it.
