Flasher wrasse with cloudy eye

I just noticed that my flasher wrasse has a cloudy eye. Should I attempt to get him out of the reef? I don't want to tear the tank apart. Is there a chance it will recover itself? He is eating and tank parameters are good. I don't see any changes in his behavior. He has been in the tank since April of this year.

Sorry to hear about your flasher.
I think it is always wise to keep an eye on them separately so I would say yes, take him out and start a diagnosis before putting meds in the water. If you set a trap and feed only there, within a week you will have them go in and out of it like it's nothing...
