QT cycle properly?
If my QT isn't at the right temp will it still cycle properly??

Yes, within reason. If kept between 70 and 80 it will still cycle. Possibly more but I know from experience it will cycle between those.

Interesting question, I've never heard it before. Just opinion and common sense (my version of it) : I doubt the cycle would "stall"; but I believe most bacteria multiplies faster at higher temps, so it may slow the cycle a bit. Years ago, I had QTs and clownfish grow-out tanks that got into the upper 50's when not in use with no serious loss of bacteria.

Because my QT is in middle of cycling but unplugged my heater because I got a new protein skimmer for my DT and didn't have space to plug my heater but 2day I'm buying a bigger strip to plug it in its been with no heater for 2days but cycle appears to be normal
