Proper order
I'm going to add a chaeto basket in my sump. I also run GFO in a reactor. Which should come first?

Sorry, I should have made it clearer.
From right to left in my sump it have the drain line, then skimmer, then GFO reactor and then my return pump back to the tank. So my question is where should the chaeto go, before or after the GFO? |

IMO it doesn't really matter. If a member thinks one order is better in particular than that's cool.

I've had the GFO in the first chamber and the cheato in the second chamber before. Now that I run a AIO, the GFO and Cheato are in the same chamber so I guess either way should work
