best feeding advice i can give you for any fish and any food is pour in slowly in small amounts and wait till fish eats all food then pour in small amounts again keep repeating till total feeding time is 3 min. (feeding time = actual fish feeding not including the pouring and waiting time).
Twice a day is a very good start for most fish, some fish like anthias require 3-6 feedings per day but check your fish and read up on feeding requirements on perticular fish in general 2-3 times a day 3 min feedings should produce healthy fish.
