Please help identify

Hello fellow reef keepers!!! I started this hobby about a year ago and love it! Anywho... One of the original pieces of live rock I got came with a friend on it, I was told it was several different things but never anything bad. I will attach one picture. I attempted several months ago to see what would happen when I feed it, and it closes up like a nem. It has gotten bigger, isn't doing damage to anything or anyone.

it looks like a st thomas mushroom or a baby hairy mushroom, but the inconsistant bumps on it make me lean toward st. thomas......what kind of lights are they under, they may very well brighten up in color if the position in tank or lights changes.

I think you're right about the st Thomas guess, I looked them up and they look a lot like that. Thank you very much!
