Shrooms won't open to full size
What gives. I bought a shroom rock at my lfs and these babies were at least 3-5 inch across with beautiful colors. They have been in my tank for over three months and they won't get any bigger a half dollar. Water parameters are great. Lighting is sufficient and everything else is growing like crazy. What's up? Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.....

Too much or too little flow, too much or too little light. What type of lighting and light schedule do you keep? What are your water parameters ("great" doesn't help us diagnose the issue)?

Oh and flow....
1 hydor 1200 gph on one side and a hydor 750 on the other side. Both of them on a hydor wave maker which alternates pumps every 15 to 30 seconds. |

I suspect it's too much light or flow. Try shading them for a week and see how they react. If shading doesn't have any effect move them to a lower flow area.
