Maxspect razor settings

Anyone care to post their settings? Looking specifically for what the intensity settings are for each of the 6 time periods and what those time periods are. I currently have 2 27" 160watt 16k over a 6' 150g. Tank is fairly young but will end up being mostly sps with a few lps/softies. I am also currently using the stands that come with the lights.
