Tunze Osmolator - How Often?

I am wondering and am pretty sure I read somewhere that the Tunze Osmolator can be adjusted. What I am interested in doing is have it pump less water but more often. It only pumps about once an hour and adds quite a bit. In that hour, the kalk in my stirrer completely settles and very little kalk seems to be added. If it were to pump more often but less water, I'd imagine the results would be better for PH levels. My house is all closed up tight due to the extremely cold weather here in New England. This in turn has had me battling constant low PH. I have to leave a window cracked in my house to help or my corals are miserable. But having my other half complain about the heat and drafts is making me miserable. Any help with this would be extremely appreciated.

I've run a line from outside to my skimmer and added the kalk stirrer already in an attempt to battle this constant PH problem and still can not get it sorted. Summer is fine but winter is absolutely impossible!
