Temperature range and LED schedule

Hi guys,

I read that the following is recommended:
- Temperature 23-25 C
- 8 hours lights day

But Apex Season Table shows:
- Temp 23.8 - 26.9
- 11.5 - 12.5 hours day

Which settings should I follow?
