Have you checked for stray voltage in the tank?

Yeah I have about 10 watts in the tank probably from pumps and stuff nothing major I also have gfci and ground probe hooked up

The big one is usually a male, if I remember correctly, now that he is gone one of the females will turn into a male. Most schooling reef fish are like this.

The largest and most aggressive is the female. Clownfish males under go a permanent, physical change under certain conditions to become female, not the other way around.
