Educate me on Jebao Settings

Ok, I guess I need some education as to which option means on the controller. I need to dial the WP40's back some as I can not get them to not blow sand everywhere. I feel as if I have tried every single option on the controller and turned that knob to every different position it can be turned. No matter what it blows sand. I repositioned the power heads and still get the sand storm.

I think I have it just right and watch for a couple minutes and see no sand moving. Then I come back an hour later and a piece of coral or rock are covered in sand.
