Question Stuck anemone?

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping you can help answer a question.. Our nem has decided to hang out in our decoration helmet. I'm worried that perhaps he can't figure out which hole to get out of. He's been in here a couple of days and spread out all three holes. I can still hand feed him and he looks healthy. Should we move him? Or is he happy just chilling out where he is and will move himself when he wants to?
Thanks everyone

just leave him be, he will move when he wants to. moving it yourself unless very very careful can do damage to the anemone which can kill them.

Leave it alone and let it find its own way out.
Also, if your anemone wanders into a powerhead or pump intake, turn the pump off, and let the anemone free itself. DO NOT attempt to remove it, you will only stress it further.
