What is this?

About a year ago I observed a grey colored 1/8" diameter tube like thing. It extends about 2 inches out of the bottom of a live rock. It digs into the sand and has always been in the same spot. Normally comes out at night. Seems harmless and I have not seen anymore in the tank.

Probably some type of tube worm. More than likely it's harmless.
