Cyno or dino id please
So I am actually color blind. This stuff to my eyes is brown. Wife says it is brownish red. It started about three weeks ago. I have nitrates below 1 and phosphates currently at 0.04. I was reading the description of Dino and this stuff doesn't seem to be gone at night. Always looks like this. I also have some in my sump. Currently my ph has been stable at 8.35-8.45

Yeah I have read that thread but it still doesn't help me on id. I took some out earlier and smelled it. I thought I read somewhere that dinos stink bad. This stuff didn't really smell like anything other than the tank.
In the sump I have seen it actually lift up almost whole like a 2x2 square. Right now I have the lights off in the sump to see if no light for three days kills it. |
