Need help running a jebao wavemaker on a LED Dimmer
I have a 8 month old jebao wavemaker wp25 and replaced the 24 Volt power supply with a 12 volt so it wouldn't rip corals off the rocks. Today I added a LED dimmer for the 24 volt power supply. The dimmer is rated for 24 Volts and I connected it to the power on the Jebao controller. The controller started making a weird buzzing noise when I reduce voltage. Somewhere I read the controller can't run under 12 volts so I took a volt meter and adjusted the dimmer to 15 volts which is what I want. The controller wouldn't power on at that setting. So I set the dimmer to 20 volts and the controller starts buzzing and corals get blasted. The buzzing doesn't sound good so I returned back to the 12 volt power supply. What can I do to make this dimmer work with the 24 volt power supply am I missing something here?

The heck with it not chancing blowing up the controller I'll just leave the 12 Volt instead.
