Sick coral beauty?!!

I have a 37 g fish only tank with two osclaris clowns, a yellow tailed damsel a firefish and a coral beauty. Yesterday I noticed the coral beauty swimming at the top of the tank and today I noticed it had a cloudy eye and pectoral fins looking a little chewed up. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? She also looks pretty pale and breathing fast. All water parameters are perfect! I checked like five times because I'm kind of freaking out.
