Cyano , Diatoms or something else???

Need some help with ID. Not sure what this is. This is a newly cycled tank that is about 1 month old. This started to appear a few days ago and has been slowly getting worse.

I would say diatom bloom give it some time and it should go away once it consumes all the silicates available.
