Feeding

What is recommended for a balanced diet for an aquarium? I am currently feeding marine flakes and the frozen shrimp mix I purchased at the LFS. I have some LPS, zoans, an anemone, a puffer, an angel, 2 clowns, shrimp, blennie and a hawkfish.

NLS pellets are good, and my LFS carries a frozen mix of food called 5 in 1 that I really like.
