my guess is a Trachyphillia in feeding phase, but doubt it, maybe a Flabellum or Rhizo sp

My vendor calls them "Flabellum/Rhizotrochus"

Rhizotrochus typus. It is a nonphotosynthetic LPS, though one of the easiest nonphotos out there to keep. Give it moderate flow and a chunk of seafood a few times a week and you should be in good shape.
