Hitchhiker identification. Helpful or Harmful?

Hi all,

New to the hobby and just joined the rc. I am cycling my first reef tank and am questioning a hitchhiker found on the liverock i purchased. Can anyone help identifying the attached? I have around 5 on the piece of rock that I can see... Will they helpful or harmful to my tank?

Thanks!20140405_133954.jpg
