This thread was for customer SUPPORT. How does arguing with someone when both of you aren't representatives of either company are commenting about an unrelated issue. Klaus gave his statement and moved on. Notice he's not here bickering with you? He answered my question and moved on. Purchasing decisions are for another thread, not this one. You could easily start your own thread about the conflict between Vertex and Royal Exclusive. I would appreciate it if you kept to the topic at hand.

Vertex products. Vertex owns Proline now, by the way, but I'm sure you already know that. jpitch: Sorry to have gotten OT. Feel free to report any of my posts in this thread if you don't like them. I'm not anybody's Shill, thanks. I'm an aquarist like others here. Have used various Vertex products for years and like them. Just because I took a break from being active here for a few years doesn't justify throwing around accusations so I would ask you to refrain from doing so.
@jpitch, I'm sorry if you feel like your thread was derailed. This is a discussion forum and often discussions can wander and continue, even long after the initial questions are answered. There's more control over the topics on the dedicated product support forums but this was posted on the general forum so sometimes the discussion strays a bit. |
