Looking for scratches

How do you look for scratches in a new glass(not starphire) tank at a well lit store? (3/8th" 180g 6')

180g 6' sps reef/tangs, berlin method, 6x hydra52's, geo618 cal rx, IO salt, water QC salifert and hanna, milwaulkee and green air products controls

Current Tank Info: standard 180g

If you cant see them easily with a decent once over then why worry about them?
