Green wire algae

HELP PLEASE this is getting frustrating. My main rock is COVERED in the crap. Taking it out and peroxide is not really an option right now. I have a turbo snail lowered my bioload running GFO and upped my clean up crew.

Any ideas or experiences with this devil? Black Sailfin blenny? It's in a biocube 29 so nothing too big fish wise.

Does it resemble the green turf algae in this link? If so, you might want to consider adding a sea urchin.

is not as compacted as it.. I just got an emerald crab and a turbo.. I think I might wait a few weeks before taking the rock out and treating it.. kinda frustrating since its my first tank and within 6 months of starting..
