The first pic looks like chaeto. Are the strands firm and free floating? Or is it attached to the glass or rock? My chaeo is kinda firm and doesn't really attach to anything. It just floats around in the refugium.

It does resemble chaeto, as mentioned above are they firm? or are they soft?

Firm and is defiantly attached to glass however is notom rock yet what could I do to get it out of my display i tried to scrub it off but it was so hard to remove that hardly any actually did should I use a razor blade and if so just an every day razor blade(I'm so confused how I got this hitchhiker I also go red gracillia as a hitch hiker and this stuff just popped up after 4 months) I would like to fix this problem before it reaches the rock work

It is hair algae (not bryopsis). There are many species of hair algae, not all of them are soft and slimy.

People use razors on glass tanks all the time so you should be good, just make sure all of the lubricating/packing oils are off the blade first

Be careful around the edges too. Razor blades and silicone don't get along to well.
