can anyone ID these in my substrate?

Help! Im very curious to what these are running around my substrate, and if i should be worried.
My tank has been running for 6 months now and ive seeded base rock with 5lbs of live rock. I currently am running..
2 clowns
5 astrea snails
3 hermits
1 coral banded shrimp
1 blue pin cushion urchin
Here is a video in slow motion of the little guys. They almost look like larvae of some sort. Very small and white and if you watch close they move among the substrate very easily.
